Nick is a fantastic photographer based in Brighton on the UK’s south coast and is a true advocate of the photographic arts. He works tirelessly from his compact Oxford Street Studio in the heart of the city, shooting by day and creating an exhibition space by night, to host the work of local and international artists and photographers.
Since an early age, photography has been a big part of his life. His father was a photographer and Nick remembers helping him with weddings – being entrusted to carry his dad’s camera case and change lenses.
Skip to today and Nick has been working professionally for more than a decade. He is currently concentrating on his studio work, but spent a large portion of his career travelling the world on assignment and training younger photographers to hone their craft.
Nick is also heavily involved in the LGBT community and is a long standing member of the Brighton Gay Men’s Chorus. Nick supports his local community (and local charities) by shooting concerts for community groups and providing events with photography and on-site printing, all raising much needed funds for worthy causes.
