Return Policy

Interfit wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

Our goal is to resolve any problems that arise for our customers in an easy, quick and efficient manner. We stand behind our products and services and will always do our very best to take care of you. Your complete satisfaction is our objective.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Interfit online store:

  • Your return package must include a copy of your order receipt. Please contact us before sending your return if you do not have your receipt.
  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Buyers must pay their return shipping charges
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your statement
  • All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
  • 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns requesting a refund
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Gift cards cannot be returned
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from the Interfit website can be returned to Interfit. Interfit products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Returned product must be repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it or your full refund may be denied.

*Note: For all monolights/ strobes and LED products, we offer a (1) year warranty

**Light bulbs and flash tubes are not covered by warranty. If you receive a bulb that is broken, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, and a replacement will be sent to you. We will not replace any broken or defective bulbs after 7 days.

 

About Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item(s) due to a defect, for immediate service please call or email us and we will respond to your request within 24 hours. Buyer must return the defective item back to the seller before a replacement item can be shipped out.

Please note: Any replacement items will be shipped out using a standard shipping
